Textbooks may only be returned if they are in their original condition. They must be sealed in their original shrink-wrap (if applicable), any access code seals must remain unbroken, and the original receipt must be presented.
SPRING, FALL, and SUMMER semesters textbooks are returnable within one week of main session classes starting. Dates will be posted in the Campus Store. Beyond those times, Textbooks may be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
Please buy carefully. The following items are not returnable:
- Shipping Fees
- Any food, beverage, or cosmetic item (unless expired)
- Computers, software and selected electronic accessories (unless defective)
- Packaged merchandise that has been opened (unless defective)

Your order will be available for pickup in our bookstore located on the first floor of Mercy Hall within 24 hours, provided all books are in stock. Please bring your campus ID or driver license at the time. We are happy to offer you this option at no charge.
Through UPS, we offer two shipping options: UPS NEXT DAY, Expedited, and ground shipping If you have not received your order in the timeframe you have selected, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 402-399-2462, and we will assist you in tracking its status.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. At no time will we sell or broker any of the information we receive from you to any third parties. We will use it only for our own internal purposes and, where appropriate, to contact you directly.
